Mark Brown certified PT with a very broad range of experience training clients in mobility, injury rehab, and sport specific training.
Alongside his personal training Mark runs a Judo club.
Adam Jonas Is a Specialist PT with a keen interest in functional fitness, mobility and injury prevention. Adam enjoys CrossFit training, also offering mobility assessments for those keen to improve their movement.
Ben is a qualified PT as well as a British Weight Lifting Coach.
Honey is not just a PT, also has her own Swim School and teaches boxercise classes.
